Stays accessible to people who already have a first experience of the activity but still possible for “sports beginners”. No mastery of kayaking is necessary. The distances travelled are about 20 km per day or 4 to 5 hours of sea kayaking but can sometimes be higher. Good physical fitness is essential |
Level 3 |
Stays accessible to people who already have a good practice of activity. The distances travelled can reach 30km per day or 6h of sea kayaking. Crossings of a few kilometers can be carried out. Excellent physical fitness is essential |
Level 4 |
Stays only accessible to people with regular practice. Distances travelled exceed 30km per day, large crossings are frequent. Excellent physical fitness is essential |
