Difficulty of stays and trips

Level 1

 

 

Accessible to beginners, the distances travelled are less than 20 km per day or 4 to 5 H of maximum sea kayaking. 
No mastery of kayaking is necessary.
These trips are aimed at any healthy person practicing a minimum of sports activity

 

Level 2

 

 

Stays accessible to people who already have a first experience of the activity but still possible for "sports beginners". 
No mastery of kayaking is necessary. 
The distances travelled are about 20 km per day or 4 to 5 hours of sea kayaking but can sometimes be higher. 
Good physical fitness is essential

 

 

Level 3

 

Stays accessible to people who already have a good practice of activity. The distances travelled can reach 30km per day or 6h of sea kayaking. Crossings of a few kilometers can be carried out.
Excellent physical fitness is essential
 

Level 4

 

Stays only accessible to people with regular practice. Distances travelled exceed 30km per day, large crossings are frequent.
Excellent physical fitness is essential
