The Website does not allow users to conclude a travel contract directly or make an online payment.
Bookings are made using a registration form, a travel contract and individual email exchanges with Voyage Kayak.
The information published on the Website is provided for general, informational and pre-contractual purposes.
The definitive characteristics of each trip, including its itinerary, dates, price, included and excluded services, payment conditions and cancellation terms, are specified in the pre-contractual and contractual documents sent to the traveller.
A booking becomes final only under the conditions set out in the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Special Conditions of Sale, the registration form and, where applicable, the individual travel contract.
