From Corsica’s wild coastline to the protected islands of the Mediterranean, and from the white limestone cliffs of the Calanques to the turquoise waters of Lake Serre-Ponçon, France offers a remarkable variety of sea kayaking journeys.
Most of our Mediterranean itineraries use a sailing catamaran as a floating base camp: kayaking during the day, sailing between selected stages and spending each night aboard in a new anchorage. Southern Corsica — Roccapina, Bonifacio & the Lavezzi Islands
An itinerant journey along the wild coast between Ajaccio and Porto-Vecchio, among granite headlands, the cliffs of Bonifacio, sea caves and the Lavezzi Islands. The group explores the coast by kayak while the catamaran supports the journey and provides a comfortable base each evening.
Îles d’Or — Porquerolles & Port-Cros National Park
Starting from the Giens Peninsula, the route links Porquerolles and Port-Cros through secluded coves, rocky headlands and historic coastal forts. Kayaking days alternate with swimming and sheltered anchorages, with accommodation aboard the catamaran.
From the Îles d’Or to Scandola — Kayak & Sailing Crossing
A journey in two stages: first exploring Giens, Porquerolles and Port-Cros by kayak, then crossing the Mediterranean under sail towards Corsica. The sea kayaking journey continues through the Scandola Nature Reserve and on to Ajaccio, via Girolata and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Lake Serre-Ponçon — Kayaking in the Southern Alps
An itinerant kayaking journey across a vast mountain lake, among blue water, secluded coves and Alpine scenery. An accessible format for discovering the principles of expedition-style paddling or preparing for a more demanding adventure.
Northern Corsica — Scandola, Piana & the Agriates
An exploration of Corsica’s dramatic western coastline, from the Scandola Nature Reserve and the Calanques de Piana to the wild shores of the Agriates. Volcanic cliffs, sea caves and secluded anchorages shape this catamaran-supported journey.
Calanques of Marseille — Between Headlands and Islands
A journey between Marseille and La Ciotat beneath the limestone cliffs of Sormiou, Morgiou and En-Vau, with passages through the Riou and Frioul archipelagos. The catamaran links the different stages and allows the group to stay close to the areas explored by kayak.
