South Corsica

Southern Corsica, one of the paradises for sea kayaking.

Embark on an exceptional 7-day adventure from Ajaccio to Porto Vecchio, combining sea kayaking and accommodation aboard a catamaran!

Explore the southern part of the Isle of Beauty, discover Capu di Muru, Roccapina, Bonifacio, and the Lavezzi Islands along the way.

We offer you a week of escape in a small group of 4 to 6 people, in one of the most beautiful coastal sites in France.

Every evening, immerse yourself in comfort aboard our catamaran, your floating hotel, creating an exceptional setting for your stay.

In Corsica, where accommodations suitable for sea kayaking itineraries are rare and “wild” camping is often prohibited, the sailboat becomes the optimal choice. Mobile, our catamaran joins us each evening in a new location, allowing for an authentic exploration of these Mediterranean wonders. Additionally, it proves valuable in case of unfavorable weather conditions or if some participants prefer to rest during a leg of the journey.

We offer you the opportunity for a true sea kayaking itinerary, a unique chance to discover Southern Corsica in an immersive and unforgettable way. Get ready to experience an exceptional week where each day brings wonder and adventure!

Cala Tivela Kayak de mer Corse

The catamaran Venezia 42, our floating base, provides all the comfort needed for a pleasant onboard life in an exceptional setting: 4 double cabins, 2 single cabins, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious deck where you can not only store the kayaks but also relax while sunbathing, enjoy sunsets, gaze at the stars, or simply listen to the gentle lapping of the sea against the boat’s hull.

Each night, you’ll stay in the same room but in a different location. At each stop, you’ll have the opportunity to swim before enjoying a delicious meal made from local and organic produce.

In case of unfavorable sea kayaking conditions, our experienced skipper will guide you through the basics of sailing navigation. Seize the opportunity to take the helm and participate in maneuvers for a complete and enriching maritime experience.

Day 1:

Your adventure begins at the picturesque Port of Ajaccio, where you’ll be warmly welcomed aboard Colada, our catamaran. After a comprehensive briefing on safety and life on board by your guide and skipper, we set sail towards the south of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Following lunch on board near the Isolella peninsula, an exciting sea kayaking excursion of approximately fifteen kilometers awaits you to Anse de Cacao, dominated by its Genoese Tower. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region, soaking up the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Day 2:

After a restful night on board the catamaran, a sensational day of sea kayaking awaits you, exploring exceptional sites such as “Capu di Muru” and the Bay of Cupabia with its Genoese tower that you will visit during a hike. Take a relaxing break in the charming port of Porto Pollo.

Day 3:

Cross the Bay of Propriano by catamaran at breakfast, then paddle from the Bay of Campomoro along a rugged coastline, discovering deserted coves like Cala di Conca. Pass Cap de Senetosa and reach Cala Tivella, where the catamaran awaits you for a paradisiacal evening.

Day 4:

A full day of paddling immerses you in dreamlike landscapes, crossing the beaches of Tralicetu and Argent, with the highlight being the imposing view of the Roccapina Lion. The journey along this rugged coast creates a perfect playground for your kayaks.

Day 5:

Your navigation brings you closer to the impressive cliffs of Bonifacio, one of Corsica’s most spectacular treasures. Explore renowned caves, including the Dragoneto, pass beneath the King of Aragon’s Staircase, before reaching the Lavezzi Archipelago to spend the night on board the catamaran in the heart of this protected nature reserve, where all bivouacs are prohibited.

Day 6:

Explore the Lavezzi Islands and the island of Cavalo before heading north towards Porto Vecchio. Paddle while admiring exceptional panoramas, witnessing the preserved natural beauty of this region.
